AgMotion takes food safety and security seriously. That is why we have invested in proprietary, industry-leading Supply Chain Intelligence software that supports traceability of critical product data through our supply chain across all of our affected business groups. Our ability to capture and manage such data makes compliance with existing and emerging regulatory schemas such as the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) more seamless for US Commodities as well as our customers and suppliers.
AgMotion Marketing System (AMS), a web-based application that runs US Commodities’ trading platform, tracks all relevant data related to product history, handling, and safety along multiple critical control points in each supply chain. Relevant data of each shipment is logged and any pertinent documents – such as lab analyses or certifications – are digitally attached to the shipment record. The data is securely stored in our database and easily extracted to give a quick and thorough history of each shipment.
