AgMotion believes that corporate responsibility builds strong communities. We are pleased to be able to support a number of local charities, especially those centered on nutrition support and education. A few of them are highlighted below:
Cristo Rey High School
Cristo Rey High School prepares their students to be successful both in college and life through rigorous, standards-based curriculum and Corporate Work Study Program. Students fund over half of the cost of their education by working five full days a month in local businesses and organizations through our unique and innovative Corporate Work Study Program.
Our community is one of hard work and dedication. Our students work hard in the classroom and at their jobs. Our faculty and staff are dedicated and committed to our students’ success. Our families work hard to contribute what they can to their student’s education. Our supervisors, volunteers and benefactors also play a pivotal role in supporting students in and out of the classroom. Together, our students venturing where many in their families have never been before: high school graduation, college entrance and hopefully, in a few year, college graduation.
AgMotion is a Cristo Rey Charter Participant, and we are also participants in the Cristo Rey Corporate Work Study Program.
360 Communities
Founded more than 40 years ago by a group of volunteers, 360 Communities provides hope and support to more than 17,000 individuals each year with 9 programs in over 40 locations, including a network of five food shelves, two domestic violence shelters, two resource centers and three programs that support school success from birth through high school graduation. About 1,100 volunteers donate their time, energy and talent in support of 360 Communities every year.
We employ data-driven research to identify trends, strengths and vulnerabilities, and then work with key community partners to build and implement action plans. At the same time, we offer an interconnected web of opportunities that develop individual and community strength. Doing this work in partnership with caring residents creates ongoing change for the better, which leads to a brighter future for everyone.
Here’s Life Inner City
Here’s Life Twin Cities provides relief products to help partner ministries connect with those in need. The outreaches which connect us to the poor include giving clothing and blankets to the homeless, getting new shoes, backpacks, and school supplies so needy children can go back to school, providing holiday meals for individual families, and much more. We offer training, manpower, and other resources to help churches minister to men, women, and children in need.
Hunger Solutions of Minnesota
Hunger Solutions Minnesota works to end hunger by taking action, advancing public policy and guiding grassroots advocacy on behalf of hungry Minnesotans and the diverse groups that serve them.
We connect Minnesota’s food shelves and hunger-relief organizations with the necessary funding, technical assistance and logistical support to reach thousands of Minnesota individuals, families and children in need. Our work is made possible through the generous support of donors across the country, each sharing our commitment to ensuring no Minnesotan will struggle with food insecurity alone.
